I'm not going to mince words here...it sucked.

It was the first day so of course all the cool things like Maxwell from apartmenttherapy.com's talk on the 8 step home cure, professional design consultations every 20 minutes and demonstrations were this weekend.

There were very few products and all very expensive, for the $20 ticket price you got an huge organic Domino tote and free Aveeno and Aura Paint samples, that was the best part as far as I'm concerned.

There was one product I liked but was hesitant to blog about since it's been so popular this year and is probably a dying trend at this point, but since there was very little else I'll share.

dVider wall stickers, they're reasonably prices and come it lots of design choices and colors. They had them set in a baby's room with this cool wooden mobile for $65;

There was also this table setting with the new Souk Chic Flor tiles. I'd never seen them in person before and was able to touch them and step on them. They are soft and seem pretty sturdy.

and as for misc items, I saw these black white and orange tins with punched out patterns for candles...

and this neat light fixture, it didn't turn out so well in the picture but was very cool in person. (sorry no prices, I was at the point where I was ready to leave when I took these)

I was bummed it turned out like that so I went uptown to MOMA and bought this:
(Music Mug)

and this...

I has seen this in the catalog and was smitten, but something about the rubber band in person made me loose some excitement for it, it wasn't as red but the vases are quality and look pretty durable.

Last year HGTV did a special on the bazaar and tons of people blogged about it, So I was expecting so much more, oh well, the magazine is still good.
