It's wonderful to live in the age we live in, Technology is so fast paced and there isn't even need to have physical media anymore, all your music is in your ipod, your movies in your computer.

But wait, not all of us have our cd collections on just our ipods...My husband and I are big audiophiles and we love everything about music, the sounds and the physical sensation of notes and actually holding the art in your hands.

So while all our movies are in a DVD binder our music is not, it takes up a wall in our spare bedroom, we refuse to give up the physical product. It's an experience to hold an album in your hand and listen to it and read along with the lyrics, I won't give that up. So we're presented with the problem of storing our cds, right now they're on a rickety cd tower that's 5' by 6', we'd love a great looking alternative, short of shelling out major bucks for custom drawers.


We Have just under 2,000 cds and we're looking into buying these dressers from Ikea and reinforcing the bottom .
