My brother's fiance's brother—man I wish there was a better word for that—started Distilled about three seasons ago as a joke! I was told he just wanted to make t-shirts with his name printed on the front and somehow it turned into a full-blown fashion brand selling at posh outlets like Fred Segal and Bloomingdales—and not only that but it's only a three person operation.
