Inspired Designer: Amy Meier
via Better Homes and Gardens
This month Better Homes and Garden featured the home and office of talented designer Amy Meier. Don't those curtains look fabulous in her space! I love all the natural woods and the soft blue walls.

Look how beautiful her office is. That desk is so perfect for the space.
I enjoyed the article so much. I am a new fan of her work and I had such a great time browsing her portfolio. Check out these amazing rooms.
I have really enjoyed reading about Amy's story on her blog. It's inspiring to me to read about her journey of following her dream and doing what she loves. You must check her out!
LeeAnn's Living Room
Last month I had the opportunity to help LeeAnn put a few finishing touches on her Living Room. She was so great to work with! Here is the design board I created for her.

She really loved this pillow from Be Still:
We pulled the color scheme from this pillow.
I feel like the colors we chose really warmed up the space. Here is the finished room!
LeeAnn's 16 year old daughter painted this beautiful bird. I love having meaningful art displayed in a room. It just makes the room feel that much cozier and happier.

Vintage Luggage Sets

I recently saw a beautiful blue vintage suitcase at a thrift store and I wondered what I could do with it. I love seeing vintage luggage sets in decor. People get so creative with ways to use fantastic luggage in their rooms. Here are some wonderful examples.

If I ever come across a decently priced set of Louis Vuitton vintage luggage I might just have to splurge.

Private Residence Open House
Remember this amazing home?
Well last week I had the opportunity to attend a private open house for the home. It was amazing. The pictures are stunning but the home itself is something you really need to see for yourself. Each room took my breath away.
Each detail was carefully thought out. Everything was custom made specifically for that home. I loved the overall feel of the home as well.
Alice Lane did much of the design work in the home. The basement looked great.
The room was long and narrow so they split it into three separate areas; living room, writing/lounging area and dining area.
As I left the house I turned to my friend and I seriously said, "That was the most beautiful house I've ever seen". You have to see the home in person and you can because it's for sale! If you are looking for a home in Provo I highly suggest you check this one out. Whoever gets to move into this home will be so lucky.

Feature Friday: Get it Girl Style
Tamara of Get it Girl Style has such a fabulous blog. I love her fashion posts and the beautiful interiors that she finds. She reflects that killer style in her own home.
She describes her style as organic, modern chic with a touch of glam. Take a look at her beautiful living room.
The Master Bedroom
I love this office!
